VBJ brings 10+ years of experience in communications, leadership, community building, advocacy, and creative expression. Through music, mentorship, motivational speaking, and ministry, he creates spaces where people can find their voice, develop their potential, and move with purpose.

Co-Founder & Program Development Strategist
Omani Brooks brings more than 13 years of experience in learning and development, education, communication, and learner-centered program design. Her work spans curriculum development, workforce communication, facilitation, mentoring, and program evaluation, bringing an educational and strategic lens to the experiences VBJ Global creates.
